Open to adults over 16 years of age

Number of Players: A team shall consist of a maximum of 12 players. A team must field a minimum of 5 players for the entire game. 7 players are on the field at a time- six field players and a keeper.

Field Dimensions: Fields will be 70  x 50 yards.

No Offsides

Game Duration: The game consists of two 20-minutes halves, with a 5-minute half-time. Games tied after regulation play shall end in a tie except in the playoffs.
